When will my order ship? Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days
How long does shipping take? Delivery typically takes 14-21 business days from the date of purchase. We ship from international warehouses to provide you with the best prices.
Customs & Duties:Â International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Tracking: All orders include tracking. Please allow 3-7 business days after shipment for tracking to update and show movement. If your tracking shows no movement for 30+ days or indicates a lost package, contact us at support@steadcar.com for a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Can I cancel my order? Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. After 24 hours, your order may have already shipped and cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, email us at support@steadcar.com with your order number and "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.
I entered the wrong address! Contact us immediately at support@steadcar.com with your correct address. We can update your shipping information if your order hasn't shipped yet (within 24-48 hours of purchase).
